Managed IT Support FAQ's

At SOTA MSP, pricing is dependent on a number of factors. For break/fix services not covered under an MSA, you'll be required to pay a single price for those services. For MSP plans, we charge a varying rate depending on the level of services your business will require, the size of your business, how many employees/users you have, number of devices, etc. Our managed services agreement will provide a complete breakdown for a fixed monthly fee so you can trust in predictable billing.

For all plans, there is a one-time onboarding fee which will be outlined within our managed service agreement or MSA, including what this fee covers.

Once you subscribe to a support services package with SOTA MSP, we'll never be more than a phone call or email away. We'll be availible during the times you need us as our phone and email support hours are 9am - 6pm Mon-Fri for MSP clients. Plus, considering we include 24/7/365 monitoring, chances are that if you do have an IT technology issue, we've already been alerted and are working on a solution.

Let’s start by defining what a managed IT service is. A managed IT service provides you with a range of services. You pay a monthly subscription cost, and in exchange, we take care of your IT needs that are covered under that service plan. These services can include software updates, managed software-as-a-service options, backup services, and similar possibilities.

Our custom packages of IT services include end-to-end IT management. We work only with small businesses of up to 25 users per site and small office, home office clientile. We custom-design a support services package for your business so you'll only pay for the services that actually benefit your business.

Although upwards of 85% of issues can be resolved remotely, our obligation is to satisfy service calls in the occasional event that we're not able to remediate the issue remotely. Onsite remediation is included in your managed services agreement at no additional cost during our normal servicing hours of 10am - 5pm Mon-Fri.

Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm. Our normal onsite service hours are Monday – Friday 10am to 5pm.

Out of hours remote and onsite support is available for all clients regardless of your support plan. Should you require this rarely used level of service, the option is thier, however you are billed at our outside service hours rate which is outlined within your service agreement.
