Our Managed Cyber Security defends against online threats through an optimized antivirus, anti-malware, and anti-ransomware tool that will keep endpoints secure without slowing them down.

If your employees use their own computers to work remotely from home, our antivirus software will not only protect against threats to your network, but your employees as well.
Subscription Details
This product is for Windows and Mac devices, but the Mac software has fewer features. The Mac software does not support the remote tools included in UserCare. It also requires macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) or later and at least 500 MB of free disk space for Windows or macOS.
VirusCare Managed Antivirus cannot run alongside other antivirus programs. In order to use VirusCare Managed Antivirus, we must first uninstall any current 3rd party antivirus program and/or if Microsoft Defender is used, we'll need to disable it.
VirusCare is based on a 12 month annual subscription payabale in advance. We will send you a reminder before your subscription is set to expire, typically 30 days before expiration. Renewal payments must be received at least 72 hours before your subscription expires.
If you sign up for automatic recurring payment using a credit/debit card, your subscription will renew automatically every year unless you cancel the subscription within 30 days of renewal, otherwise you will be billed an amount equal to the annual subscription to renew.
No refunds or changes to the account can be made after the renewal payment has been processed.

- Budget: Businesses with annual operating budgets of any size are eligible.
- Nonprofits: Our servicess are available for qualifying tax-exempt nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must have a valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and be listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
- Business types: All business types are eligible for our services.
- Terms of service: Businesses must agree to any applicable terms of service within our Managed Service Agreement.
- Product distribution:
- Our services are available for qualifying businesses only, for residential or individuals, see here.
- Recipient businesses may not transfer or resell SOTA MSP products.
