From time-to-time, an outage may occur that will require an on-call technician to reach out to designated contacts within your company. The following attributes will allow us to document how you wish these outages to be handled and who should be contacted when outages occur.

At 8PM, on a Saturday night, our monitoring agent reports a key area of your infrastructure that is offline and unresponsive. Tell us when you would like us to reach out to your primary points of contact. (eg: I would like SOTA MSP to reach out to my contacts at 9AM the next business day)
